Shipping Policy

All of our electrical items are flat packed so they will require a qualified electrician to assemble and install, by UK law all electrical installations must be made by a qualified electrician. We hold no responsibility if a fitting is installed incorrectly and a resulting fault/damage occurs. We recommend only booking an electrician after your order has been delivered and inspected. Please note all the dimensions stated on our website are measured from the widest point on products where possible.

Each individual product has its delivery time stated in the information box and at the checkout. If in the unlikely event it will take longer to arrive than the time stated you will be notified of this immediately. Our checkout page also contains a box to add extra information, for example helpful instructions for the courier driver or a safe place to leave the order.

Please note that deliveries to the Scottish Islands and Offshore Islands can take up to 2 extra days. Morning and Saturday deliveries can be arranged at an extra cost, please enquire.

We use DPD for the majority of our deliveries, you will receive an e-mail or text (if you used a mobile as a contact number) with a one hour delivery window. If you will be unavailable to accept a delivery you can change the delivery day or change the delivery address at no extra cost simply by replying to the email or text.

If the product is too large or heavy for our usual courier then it will be sent on a palletised service ensuring a safe delivery.

DPD deliver from 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday. If there is nobody in to receive the delivery a card will be left by the courier containing instructions about how to arrange for a re-delivery. If no response is received then DPD will automatically attempt delivery the following day.

Please note that DPD will hold the parcel at your local depot for 5 working days after 3 delivery attempts. It is up to you to contact DPD and arrange a re-delivery. If you do not arrange re-delivery and the goods come back to Haysom Interiors you will have to pay the carriage again to have the goods re-delivered.
